Shipping Policy

Processing time:

Our team strives to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from confirmation of purchase and usually take 6 to 8 days to arrive. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay in processing.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and total amount of the order. Specific details will be provided during the checkout process, prior to finalising the order.


  • Spain: 5€ (free for purchases over 59€)

  • Europe: 8€ (5€ for purchases over 59€)

Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status and location of your order throughout the delivery process.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Address Changes:

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the necessary adjustments, as long as the order has not been shipped.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping aside from Europe.
